ITOPF is a not-for-profit organisation established on behalf of the world's shipowners to promote an effective response to marine spills of oil, chemicals and other hazardous substances.

We provide objective technical advice and information on all aspects of pollution response and the effects of spills on the marine environment. Our technical services include on-site clean-up advice, pollution damage assessment, assistance in spill response planning, and the provision of training and information.
